In ioGates, we have what we call projects and users. A project has a library, an administrator login, and no limitation of users. Every user of a company can see the library of the company and can have read/write/trusted rights. Trusted is needed for all actions that transfer the files out of ioGates like Distribute.
Users can also have an expiry date if you fx are working with freelances people. ioGates users access can also be managed by Active Directory (AD)
In addition, projects can be linked together, giving the users of project A access to the files of project B and/or vice versa.
We highly recommend individual user accounts, and note ioGates do not allow the same user to be logged in twice.
