The desktop app is an application you can install on any server, workstation, or laptop to link an ioGates cloud folder with a local folder on your computer.
The link can automatically transfer any files between your computer and ioGates. The connections are made by ioGates share links, so there is no need to create usernames and passwords, just a simple URL copied into the Desktop app, and then there is a link. This simplicity opens up a new way to create automated workflows for users without a high degree of IT knowledge can set up in minutes. There is no limit on how many shares links you can have in the Desktop App. The Desktop App can act as multiple gateways to upload and download files from ioGates and can sync your local folders on your computer with any ioGates library folder in the cloud.
