ioGates can handle different metadata types, and you can find them under the Metadata menu. All Metadata can be displayed on the sharing page, and you control what Metadata you would like to display.
"Attachments" are a file you can link to the source file. It could be a word, excel, picture. There is no limit to how many and what types you can attach.
